Terms of Service

By accessing or using the RentVeed application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts and Registration

You may register using an email address or via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for safeguarding the password or credentials that you use to access the Service. RentVeed reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate community guidelines or engage in fraudulent behavior.

2. User-Generated Content (Listings)

Users may post real estate listings, including videos, images, and descriptions. By posting content, you represent and warrant that:

• The content is accurate and not misleading.
• You have the legal right to rent or advertise the property.
• The content does not violate any local laws or infringe on third-party rights.

RentVeed reserves the right to remove any listing at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Virtual Currency (RentVeed Coins & Passes)

RentVeed features a virtual economy including "Coins" and "Premium Passes".

• No Real-World Value: RentVeed Coins are virtual tokens used solely within the app to boost listings or acquire passes. They hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Non-Refundable: All acquisitions of virtual items are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether your account is suspended or terminated.
• Premium Support: The RentVeed Pass grants access to priority WhatsApp support. Abuse of this support line will result in the immediate revocation of the pass.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Posting fake, fraudulent, or non-existent properties.
• Attempting to bypass app security, hardware ID checks, or payment systems.
• Harassing other users or RentVeed support staff.

5. Limitation of Liability

RentVeed acts as a platform connecting landlords, agents, and tenants. We do not own the properties listed and are not a party to any rental agreements. RentVeed shall not be held liable for any disputes, damages, or financial losses occurring between users outside of the platform. Always exercise caution and verify properties in person before signing real-world contracts.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
